Torment, by Lauren Kate is the second book in the fallen series. After the great battle in the graveyard in the 1st book, Luce is sent by Daniel to Shoreline School, solace where both human and Nephilim children attend. Luce finds out more about her past lives with the help of her two Nephilim friends Miles and Shelby. I enjoyed this book more than the first one, I thought that the ending was good, but just a little overdone.
